Visit us!

Spring hours:

This is our busiest time of year, so appointments fill up fast, especially on the weekends. We often add slots when things fill up, and people sometimes cancel, so check back if the schedule is full. You can also send in a pre-order, which we can fill ahead of time for you to pick up without an appointment.

When you visit, here are some details you'll need to know:

  • Visits are by appointment only, with start times every 30 minutes on the days we are open.

  • Stay as long as you want once you get here.

  • It's fine to bring family members or friends.

  • Last minute bookings are just fine if there is an open time slot.

  • PLEASE, please let us know if you need to cancel so someone else can take your slot.

SCHEDULE YOUR VISIT USING THE "PICK A TIME" BUTTON BELOW

NOTE: The scheduling program doesn't seem to work with the FIREFOX browser.

Directions

Plan extra time

Navigation apps sometimes send people on a wild goose chase, so it’s best to follow these directions:

  • Come across the Sauvie Island Bridge and circle underneath it.
  • Turn on the 4th drive on the left.
  • We are at the far end of that lane.
  • The number is on the mailbox post: 14745 NW Gillihan Road

You won't see the nursery from the main road, and there is just a small sign, since we aren't set up for un-announced, drop-in customers.  We love having you visit...WITH AN APPOINTMENT.

Just give us advance notice that you

are coming or we may not even be here!

Allow time to walk around our 3-acre habitat restoration project/display garden. It's a veritable arboretum of mature NW native plants with cozy habitats for wildlife and humans alike.

If it’s been rainy, wear shoes that can take some mud!

Make it a day and visit our Sauvie Island farm stands, Wapato Access State Park and the Sauvie Island Wildlife area. There’s lots to see and do on the island.  Check out www.sauvieisland.org.

There's too much plastic circulating in

our world. Bring your used pots and

we'll re-use them.

We CAN'T use pots with logos from other nurseries or the 6-packs that vegetable starts and annuals come in, but all other pots are welcome.

Here's more information about

what we take and don't take.

It's fine to bring along family members,

friends, and even your leashed, friendly dog. Kids and dogs need to be closely supervised at all times, though.
